How many catering orders can you handle each day?
We are exclusively a Caterer without the distractions of a restaurant to divert attention away from serving our clients. We have 15 vehicles dedicated to serving our clients’ catering needs, and typically don’t have a limit on number of catering orders we can handle on a daily basis.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
While we encourage ordering at least 24 hours in advance, we know that pop up events are sometimes unavoidable. If you have a same day order need, give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate you, offering several menu choices.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We work primarily with repeat clients and don’t believe in imposing order minimums. If you have a small order we will work with you. Some menus may not be available for events of less than 10 people, and some flexibility may be needed on delivery times for smaller events.

Can you customize menus to meet specific budget requirements?
Our catering consultants will customize menu packages to meet your specific needs and budgets.

What days and times can I place orders for?
Since we are a dedicated caterer, we deliver when our clients need us – 365 days a year and any time of day!

What are your delivery areas?
We deliver throughout the Dallas – FT. Worth metroplex. Delivery rates will vary a bit based on the location. Have an event further out of town? We can do it, contact us!

Do you offer online ordering?
We tried online ordering and found that while it may work well for ordering a pizza, it doesn't work for catering. There is no substitute for working with a real person who is committed to making your events a success!

What about attendees with special dietary needs?
We have extensive vegetarian and gluten free menus available. Just let us know. Food allergies can be serious. If possible, we will prepare a separate meal for an individual who has a food allergy.

What do I need to do to set up direct billing privileges?
Setting up direct billing is hassle free and available for companies, government offices, colleges and schools. Please let us know that you would like to set up your events to be invoiced. Event pre-payment is required for all weddings and social events.

Where are you located? Can I pick up orders from you?
We are located in Richardson off of Central Expressway and Spring Valley, near the High 5.

Yes, you can place an order for pick up. We would love to see you!
Office Hours: Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm; Saturday upon request

Is nutritional information available for your menus?
Nutritional Facts are available for our Heart Healthy menu items.
As we have an extensive menu selection available for all types of events, nutritional data is not available for all items.
