Delivery, Set Up & Pick Up Charges

Our standard set ups include chafers, sterno heaters, attractive trays and bowls, etc. If you prefer a disposable / drop off set up option for hot food, we also offer the following:

  • Disposable Wire Chaffer Racks with Two Sterno Heater & Aluminum Pans for 15.00 each
  • Insulated Disposable Boxes that will keep food warm until served for 10.00 each

Multiple deliveries made together to the same location will only be subject to a single delivery charge.

 Please note that delivery and pick charges are based upon fuel prices of $3.50 per gallon or less. When fuel prices exceed $3.50 per gallon charges will be adjusted accordingly (and subsequently reduced when fuel prices fall).

Please add 7.00 each way to the above noted delivery / pick up fees for the following:

• after 5:00 pm – but before 8:00 pm*
• any Saturday or Sunday deliveries

*any late-night / after 8:00 pm delivery to be negotiated on a event by event basis

“Equipment Only” Deliveries & Pick Up fees will begin at 25.00 and will increase based upon the following:

• amount of equipment
• driving distance
• delivery & pick up times

All orders, except box lunches, for less than 8 people will be subject to a 15.00 service charge.

Delivery & pick up charges for holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's, July 4th, Memorial Day & Labor Day) begin at 40.00 each. Additional holiday service charges may apply—please inquire.

Social event delivery and set up charges begin at $50 and will vary based on the amount of equipment, vehicles and staff required.
